Soo.. thoughts on Google Chrome for Mac? I keep seeing the logo on my Google page. Should I be switching? I go back and forth with Safari and Firefox right now, but lately Safari has been winning. Do you use Chrome?

The other night I couldn’t fall asleep and was watching bad late night tv to try and make myself sleepy and this commercial/infomercial came on and, is it just me or does this seem really bizarre to anyone else? I mean, don’t get me wrong, yes I was a book-loving-dork growing up and watched Reading Rainbow every day, but this thing just doesn’t make sense. If it’s a moving picture of a book, isn’t it just… a movie??? I guess since they put the words up there with it they assume kids will learn to read by watching, but it just seems like a cheap form of book-karaoke that doesn’t actually teach you to read, just gets kids more addicted to television and movies.
It just seems to me that not everything should be digital. Okay, I understand that the Kindle is very popular and trying to change the book industry the way the iPod did for music, but it makes me sad to think that someday kids could grow up not knowing why a good book is called a “real page turner.” Also, I hope that I never feel the need to buy my kids a movie instead of the book, cause everyone knows- the book is ALWAYS better.
So. Good.

Have fun being really, really patient.

That would be the most amazing Wicked casting everrr (minus Kristin and Idina of course).
Shut your mouth!
And by that, of course I mean…oh hell-to-the-yes.
Talk about a no brainer…
Can somebody please put these two on stage in Wicked?
